Barry earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Kutztown University. He joined R. P. Mills Associates in 1983 and now serves as President and sole owner, having previously held roles as Consultant, Vice President, and CEO. A Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) and member of both the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA) and the Plan Sponsor Council of America (PSCA), Barry brings decades of hands-on experience in retirement plan administration and consulting. Known for his strong technical and computer skills, he has developed thousands of customized pension programs and reports. He has also spoken at industry events and led training sessions for accounting firms.

Karen has been a pension consultant at R. P. Mills Associates since 1986, bringing decades of experience in the day-to-day administration of retirement plans. She has extensive knowledge of a wide range of pension programs and daily valuation systems. Karen’s responsibilities include managing 401(k), profit sharing, and money purchase plans using Sungard Relius Administration software. She works closely with clients, prepares custom Excel worksheets for specialized plan designs, reviews reports, and generates participant statements and final employer reports. In addition to her consulting work, Karen plays a key role in training staff, ensuring that internal processes and procedures are followed accurately and consistently.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University. He began his career at an accounting firm before joining R. P. Mills Associates in 1986. From 1989 to 2004, he expanded his expertise by working with several pension consulting firms, gaining broad experience in the Employee Benefits Industry. Mark returned to R. P. Mills in 2004, bringing with him a deep understanding of retirement plan administration. His current responsibilities include balancing investment portfolios, preparing required filings for the IRS and Department of Labor, and managing the detailed administration of a wide variety of retirement plans.
