Barry graduated from Kutztown University with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a concentration in accounting. He is a member of the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA), a member of the Plan Sponsor Council of America (PSCA), and holds a designation of Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) since 1992 with the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA). He has been with R. P. Mills Associates since 1983, serving as a consultant in the day-to-day administration of plans, Vice-President, Chief Executive Officer, and currently President and sole owner. He has attended hundreds of pension seminars and has been a speaker at several and has held training seminars for accounting firms. His vast computer skills have allowed him to create thousands of pension programs and retirement reports. He combines a wide base of technical knowledge with practical experience in plan administration and consulting for all types of qualified plans, from installation of new plans through plan terminations.

Karen has been a pension consultant at R. P. Mills since 1986. She has a vast knowledge base in the day to day administration of retirement plans. She has many years of experience in a variety of pension programs and daily valuation systems. Her responsibilities include processing various 401(k) plans, profit sharing plans, and money purchase plans using Sungard Relius Administration software, consulting with clients, creating excel worksheets for custom designed plans, reviewing reports, and producing statements of accounts for participants and final reports for employers. In her position, she also trains other employees in the required processes and procedures needed to administer our retirement plans accurately.

Mark received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University. He worked for an accounting firm for three years prior to joining R. P. Mills in 1986. From 1989 through 2004 he worked for several pension consulting firms and received a wide range of pension experience. He returned to R. P. Mills in 2004 after spending 15 years as a pension administrator in other firms. With his many years of experience, knowledge, and expertise in the Employee Benefits Industry, he is responsible for balancing investment portfolios, completing reporting forms required by the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Labor, and the detailed administration of all types of retirement plans.
Kathy J. Pelcheck

Kathy has a Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University. Prior to her employment with R. P. Mills, she was a consultant for the Girl Scouts for 15 years, a member of the PTA, and worked in a private laboratory in the Microbiology Department. She has been a member of the team since 2003. Her duties include answering phones, filing, mailing, copying, scanning, and various other administrative duties. She is responsible for organizing the workflow through the office. She also reviews everything prior to delivery of the final product.
Stephanie Schrader

Stephanie’s primary duties include reconciling financial reports to brokerage, bank, and other financial institutions records, printing and collating financial reports, and the review and electronic filing of forms required by the Internal Revenue Service (8955-SSA) and the Department of Labor (Form 5500).

Her responsibilities include the processing of monthly payroll reports. This includes entering data, correcting data received, obtaining missing reports, and importing data into the Sungard Relius Administration software. She works closely with payroll professionals.
